Artist Statement

My paintings are vivid images and reflection of my California roots and my love for life. I have a positive, creative attitude and passionate expression represent an optimistic view of the world. My works are inspired
by Picasso, Braque, Leger, and Lichtenstein, and seasoned by traveling the world to study art and its history.

I have a passion for Modern Art, Pop Art, Cubism, and Surrealism.
These influences can be seen in my work, where traditional styles compete
with wacky pop art images of the past two decades.
