I paint moments we often walk past—light on fruit, a quiet face, the poetry of everyday things. Working from life and from family-treasured photographs, I’m drawn to stillness, color, and the way light reveals something honest and human. My goal is simple: to slow us down, even for a moment, and let beauty feel close and familiar again.
Born and raised in China, my artistic foundation began with drawing, Chinese calligraphy, and watercolor. After an early career in advertising, I returned to fine art and spent years studying traditional oil painting techniques with established masters. Today, I create luminous still-lifes and portraits for both collectors and personal exploration.
